    Didn’t receive the item or tracking #

    I ordered this item two weeks ago, and the order confirmation said that it would ship in five days. (April 10th) I never received a tracking number or the robe itself. I’m wondering if this was a scam. I also emailed their customer service twice and dm’d them on instagram and received no answer! This was a huge let down and a waste of $90!
