FAQs

What is your exchange policy?

We accept exchanges of any unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 20 days of purchase. Please email info@RozAve.co and a representative will help you with your exchange. International shipping is not included. We do not currently accept returns. 

When will you restock items?

We do not have specific restock dates for each item; however, all restocks will be announced on the @ShopRozAve Instagram page. You can also subscribe to our email list to receive restock updates. 

How do I track my order?

Please ensure you input the correct email address along with your order. You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase and a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number on the same day of purchase.

When will my order ship?

All orders are filled within the same business day and picked up by the courier if placed before 3 PM EST. You will receive your tracking number by email on the same day of purchase.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Our orders are filled same-day so please email us at: info@RozAve.co as soon as possible after your order with the corrected address in order to have it entered into the system before it ships.
